Tropicana Social Club to Woy Woy (@tropicanasocialclub) our favourite pizza place, has moved into a new home. Its lushly interior new home is fully licensed and offers a selection of craft beers, ciders, sours, cocktails, and boutique Australian sustainable wines. You can order ahead for takeaway or grab a table and a cocktail and order a slice of tropical life in Woy Woy's Trafalgar Avenue social hub. Highly recommend!
Margarita Daze: (@margaritadaze) has a new beachfront kiosk right on Ocean Beach part of Umina Beach. The venue has an impressive waterfront outdoor deck offering views across Lion Island, Barrenjoey Lighthouse and beyond. The casual menu includes Szechuan Squid, Korean-Fried Chicken Burger and Haloumi Tacos, among other dishes.
RISE Artisan Bakery has opened in Ettalong's Galleria precinct, specialising in sourdough bread and pastries. Gluten-free versions are also available. Drop by next time you visit the Ettalong Beach esplanade to support this fresh local foodie and skip away with a delicious box of takeaway pastries.
The Cnr. in Woy Woy has outrageously good toasties served with speciality coffee from local celeb " The BBQ Guy."
Pearls on the Beach: (@pearl_beach) will always be a special place for me and Alice, as it is where I popped the questions! It's under new management, and the beachfront dining experience has recently been refreshed. The new management comprises past staff, including head chef Byron Namenyi and his new sous chef, Awhe Pahau. Experienced restaurant manager Dan McKinnon is also part of the team. The refreshed white-wash interior and summer menu are ready to welcome new and loyal guests.
LA Taco: (@lataco.club) brings a little slice of Mexico to Ettalong with authentic flavours, served up in their pop-up cantina at the Galleria precinct. The venue has quickly developed a reputation for its flavoursome dishes, delicious margheritas and high-energy, party-like vibe. There always seems to be a queue, so they must be doing something right!
Chica Chica @ Ettalong (@chicachica) offers a taste-bud-tingling menu inspired by South American flavours complemented with killer Margaritas.
Six String Brewing: (@sixstringbrewing) welcomes Moobi Valley @ Erina. The venue serves an incredible slow-cooked meaty menu by the pros at Moobi Valley based in Berkeley Vale, alongside craft beer from your local brewery on weekends.
